Quality Tire Outlet

I bought plenty of tires from this place but today I went in to have a tire plug and they told me it was not fixable. It’s a brand new tire that I just bought With a virtual credit card that’s sitting right in the window when you buy tires. Well, Less than 90 days, I get a hole the virtual Credit card that they offer is a scam. Basically saying just because I put a hole in the tire and didn’t qualify for a refund. Then they wanna charge you $200 for another tire or $75 for a used tire that’s probably not worth anything? So if you shop quality tires on Shenandoah Avenue, don’t get the virtual credit card and make sure that your tire is a quality when you get them because most of the times the tires ain’t really quality that’s why I ended up buying a new tire instead of a used tire that they offered. Like I said, I’ve got plenty of tires from here, but the customer service and the knowledge of even knowing that they had a credit card a virtual credit card offer right in front of the window yeah they failed that. Just my experience, I won’t come back no more and I won’t advise anybody else that I see with a flat tire that needs a tire or something like that. I’m not gonna advise them

This is the only place in Roanoke I will buy tires. They’re very knowledgeable about the tires. Service is fast and easy. I had a flat while out of town was quoted $350 for a tire. I drove back to Roanoke on the spare and the tire quality tire was only $150 installed. If you are also in a pinch until the next paycheck, they have quality used tires as well.

Just went in there today to replace my right passenger side tire and the gentleman behind the counter was very dismissive. Said he doesn't have used tires even though the description on his website says new and used tires. Courted me $140 for a tire brand new. Good price for a brand new tire but just a customer service alone would make me not ever want to go there again. Do need some manners and they need to fix our website if they don't sell any used tires take it off your website.

Fair pricing, fast turnaround, and real integrity. This is the kind of shop you recommend to your friends and keep coming back to. Grateful to have found them — they’ve definitely earned my trust and my business.

They told me they had a tire for me on the phone I get there they say it's "used but like new " I agree they charge me 80 bucks for a USED tire next day it ends up having my tire light on again I go to a different tire place they say that tire is OLD from 2019 and had been plugged before...not only did I get a NEW tire for 75 bucks which is cheaper then this place charged me for a USED OLD ONE that didn't last a day ! You been warned
